Question Posted Monday July 23 2007, 12:46 pm

okay i have a motorola razr from verizon. for the past month, i've been trying to get to my voicemail. i type in my password, it's 7 numbers, and it always worked. but now, everytime i type in my password the robot for voicemail keeps telling me to enter my password and eventually shuts the phone on me. i have over 8 messages and i really want to know how i can reset my password,or why my phone is doing this?

Ok, so usually your cellphone password is only 4 digits long. Since it's not working, I suggest to type in the last 4 digits of your cellphone number. Usually if it's changed, that's what it gets changed to. Hope I helped!

Call up verizon & ask them. It's probably just a mistake. Are you sure your password wasn't accidently changed?? Or are you sure you're pressing the # key?? For passwords, you have to type in your numbers & then press # directly after them. If you're doing that, ask a verizon employee. For numbers in customer service, you can either find it at the end of your contacts in your phone or go online-
