I'm not really sure if this goes here, but it seems most suitable.
Everytime I wear eyeliner on the lower eyelid it smudges like crazy. I don't think it's because of sweat because well it says waterproof, and on other people even when they do, it doesn't smudge.
How can I fix this without leaving the lower lid un-eyelinered. Does darker eyeshadow work better?
RATZY answered Monday July 23 2007, 11:38 am: try using the eyeliner inside, on the lover line.
it would still look good.
but if you still want to try under the lower lash line, start the line from the outer corner working towards the inner corner.
and maybe try to make sure that you keep your eye area dry, if you do use moisturiser avoide the area around your eye. hope it helps [ RATZY's advice column | Ask RATZY A Question ]
MHScutie87 answered Monday July 23 2007, 11:26 am: Instead of using eyeliner on the bottom lid, I simply apply a small amount of mascara to the lower lashes. At the same time, I push the brush to my lower lid as well so it appears as though I'm wearing eyeliner on the bottom. Does that make sense? Also, I apply a beige powder right under my eyes (wear darker circles tend to be) to soak up the excess moisture that can cause that area to smudge.
