I have a month before school starts, and came up with a little diet plan to lose a few pounds. Is this okay? Any suggestions?
Breakfast-Egg white omlette with peppers and onions, orange juice, coffee.
Walk puppy
Lunch- Slimfast or protein shake (or any suggestions?), piece of fruit
Walk puppy
Do pilates
Dinner- What my parents make, but with more veggies than anything else.
Desert- One scoop of frozen yogurt.
How many pounds will I lose, what should i change, and is this healthy for a vegetarian?

A couple things though Its going to be hard to eat this EVERYDAY so maybe you can make a diet plan like monday this is what i eat and tuesdays a different diet and so on. For lunch I agree with the person under me that you should have a salad instead. I'm on a diet to and its really hard to only eat fruit espeicially one piece because it doesnt full me atleast...I'm also a vegetarian but you still need protein. So frozen yogurt is good but maybe eat some kind of bean which is extremley healthy! And for the pounds it depends on your body type. I think you should loose about 5 pounds. But personally when I loose weight since my legs are skinny but my stomache has baby fat still I loose it all in my stomache so it might be that for you to. Which makes 5 pounds ALOT!!<3 CONGRATS!!!!good luck hope i helped=] [ talkalotxx's advice column | Ask talkalotxx A Question ]
