I just found out my boyfriend does Dip
Im not really sure what that is, and I'm soo confused why he would do it! What are the cons of it, and can anyone explain what I should do about it? He doesn't know I know...
That is the image result for "tobacco dip" on google. There are about 3 pictures that show you what can happen to your boyfriend if he doesnt quit.
Just talk to him about it and tell him how you feel about it and ask him to stop. Chewing tobacco is an addiction and is just as hard to come off of as any other drug addiction! Get him help soon.
HBP answered Sunday July 22 2007, 7:40 pm: dip is simply chewing tobacco.
although some people say that you cannot get lung cancer from it, you can.
the consequences are death, difference forms of cancer, and bad breath.
as i remember in health class years ago, many people need to have certain parts of thier faces removed do to the damage.
Helpful answered Sunday July 22 2007, 7:37 pm: Dip is a form of smokeless tobacco That comes in a small tin. It's sometimes called chew, snuff, spit, and plug. It is put directly in the mouth (usually between the lower teeth and lip). It has nicotine just like a cigarette and can be highly addicting. It can cause cancer in the mouth. Tell him that you know about it, and tell him that you care about him and don't want him to get hurt. There really is no way that you can make him stop, but tell him about some of the dangers of it. Here's an address to a page that will give you more info on it.
