I will go against the grain from most since I've done some plastics before. It all depends on what you mean by plastic surgery. There are different types from cosmetic (breast augmentation) v. those done for birth defects etc. Plastics is also used to reconstruct skin, muscle etc. after major operations.
There is no "okay" age to get plastic surgery- because it depends on what kind of plastic surgery you're talking about. If you're talking about liposuction or cosmetic surgery- it is best to do this after you're done growing (ie done with puberty).

I think at age 21, but i dont think people should get plastic surgery, unless they really need it. Personally i think its to expensive and can be dangerous

Quite personally, i dont think that anyone should go into plastic surgery. God made us all who and what we are supposed to look like.
There is also a risk of dying if you dont use an experienced professional. At the extreme, i would only recomend getting plastic surgery if you got in a car reck or were born deformed in some place.
I think the age would be 20 years old, at least.

I wouldn't get plastic surgery unless you absolutely need it. For one thing, it's very expensive. There are also to many risks, such as infection, allergic reactions, in more serious cases death, .etc.
It all depends on what your parents say, your parents would know what is best for you, so it would be better to talk with them. Tell them what type of plastic surgery you want, and see what they have to say about it. That's your best bet.
But I wouldn't recommend plastic surgery to anyone unless it is absolutely required or needed.
