Did anyone finish reading the book? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
I need help! I can't rest. I must know what other people feel about it because I'm divided. And I can't find any sites that have been recently updated about HP & the Deathly Hallows!

If you want a summary, try wikipedia.com and search for the title.
As for my thoughts on it, I liked it by far the best simply because of all the running that Harry and company have to do because they are all hunted. It gives a feeling that it is a "now or never" type of fight. Speaking of fights, the ending fight at Hogwarts was one of the best I've read.
Of course, I also got to read the book, so I was almost unsure of if it was the real thing. But it was and in the end I was enormously pleased with it.

I wish the epilogue was more detailed though on the Nineteen years later part..but I do think she left it open for continuations seeing as all their kids are now attending hogwarts together. so i guess we just have to deal with what she gave us and just wait...

Rowling introduces a new character named Gabriel who is a religious nutcase witch that works for voldemart. Gabriel befriends harry at hogwarts and then leads them into a trap. Ron sacrifices himself to save hermione and harry, then using ron for a shield harry destroys Gabriel. Following snape back to the bad guy's hideout, harry and hermione pull off a butch cassidy and the sundance kid maneuver and destroy all the deatheaters, including voldemart. Dumbledore and sirius return from the dead. Harry proposes to hermione and the book ends with hermione feeling harry's scar on their honeymoon beach.
