Also, women tend to show a bit more flesh than men, so it is made easier for them! [ siravarice's advice column | Ask siravarice A Question ]

Most, are immature as they are growing up because they're hormones are mad crazy.
And sex is what they think about alot of the time.
Just ignore the person annoying you or whatever.
Hope this helped. [ siimplygorgeouus's advice column | Ask siimplygorgeouus A Question ]

But, yes, girls do get the sudden urge to stare at a guy's butt when they're walking along the sidewalk. Girls and dudes just have different hormones, which makes them both do weird things that we wouldn't normally do if we didn't have hormones. However, hormones are what makes our bodies reproduce and whatnot, so without them, we'd be a dying race...
Not all guys are perverts on purpose, it's just in their "guy nature" to be that way, and they have no control of it. However, there are guys out there that are just sick, disgusting perverts that do have control over what they are doing, but just choose not to because that's just the way they are... Guys in their teenage years are immature, mostly, and they don't think about what they say. They have raging hormones and that makes MOST, not all, of them think about sex and perverted things a lot of the time.
