Eating right Hi, i need some advice on what i should do about eating right... ok, a bit about me, im 14 and i run everyday to stay in shape for the track season, but my only problem is eating too much, and not of the right things
any advice?

tell your mom/dad not to buy anything too unhealthy.
get them to buy healthy foods like of course fruits and vegetables.
eat alot of nuts for fiber.
and protien bars.
try not to drink carbinated drinks (cokes).
drink alot of water and juices.
then put the food you WANT to eat in the front of you pantry or something so you will get it first.
also, try not eat when you get bored.
overeating happens alot when your bored. ]
Drink at least 8 cups of water everyday.
Try drinking warm beverages [water and tea mostly] because warm liquids make you feel full.
Store away the junk food where it's pretty annoying to reach. Get some fruits and veggies, cut them up into bite sizes and store them in separate baggies so you'll be more inclined to reach for them since they're ready to eat...oh, put them on the shelve that's about eye level.
Brush your teeth after each meal. Toothpaste + food is pretty much gross.
