Sleeping in...

Ever since summer started- I've been sleeping in until at least noon everyday and going to bed at like 1am. I'm really sick of doing this. I always feel like I'm wasting my day when I do this. Its really annoying and I would just like to know if anyone had any ideas on how to get up earlier and how to possibly make myself go to bed earlier.

What I do when I want to go to bed earlier is; ask your mom, dad, or older sibling if they'll wake you up at around 11. You'll be a little more tired at night and fall asleep earlier. After a week, ask them to wake you up at 10. Keep going earlier until you like the times your falling asleep and waking up. This would also work with an alarm clock if you'd like.

Well, no one can MAKE you go to bed or wake up if you don't want to. Try having an adult or someone give you a curfew- nothing too unreasonable at first. I used to do that too, but I decided I also didn't like wasting my day.

What I did for a while, is no matter what time I went to bed, I would wake up at 9:30 in the morning. After I was continuously sleepy all day, I'd just.. fall asleep earlier, not even on purpose, which made me naturally wake up earlier.

Try that, see if it works.

same problem here.. the way i got it fixed was going to bed at 10 pm ... or you could take sleeping pills. ask your parents what to do.
