My name's dajana and i would like to know how to get curves.. right now i do have abs but i would like that hour glass shape upper body.. what would be some good exercises or eating habits or anything to would make my body have more curves especially in my stomach area?

I am a 25 year old woman who for the past year has been involved with a married man. He is 20 years older then me and has 2 kids...both of them in their teenage years. He has been married to his wife for 20 years. Our affair started off drunken sex and now its I love you, I wish I could be with you. I do have very strong feelings for him and I believe he has the same for me. He says his wife is pulling away from him and he feels like she wants someone different, as does he. He says that once his youngest kid goes off to collage he really thinks things between him and his wife will end and that the only reason he believes they are still together is the kids. I don't know what to think.. Can there ever be a future between us? Is he using me for my body? Is he seeing other girls too? Also, I'm still very young, I want children and marriage. Ok so I am suicidal and have been for a while now. I go around reading about other people and everything to gain as much knowledge as possible. I notice that a lot of times people say it's not worth it and dumb. Well try being in our shoes once then tell someone that. It's not so easy as you make it seem. You may actually hurt somone even more by yelling at them. But anywho....
I am going back down hill wanting to die. I am at my wits end with life and dealing with people from this world that are ignorrant and mean to those in need of help. I have gotten help and am on pills yet I still want to die. Why is life worth so much to people? I am so confused at this point and wanting to perish. I just want to be happy without things always going to shit instantly and getting worse everyday. I would love to find somewhere I fit in. Tonight, a guy that I hate poured some capsule and its contents all over my food before I unknowingly ate it. The capsule was clear and pill shaped, inside it was a grainy/powder of a wheat, beige color. It has an awful smell that I couldn't name. Anyone have any ideas what it could be that I ate?

i love my bf and everything but we were on the verge of breaking up today.it started off with him asking me if i thought about him. then he said thathe didnt think that i wasnt an important part of my life. he is! i asked him if he wanted to break up and he said no. he got mad cause i didnt answer my phone at 5 and he was looking forward all day to this. then he said that he was thinking and saying that he didnt like me. after thinking he was like im stupid i love you. he said he was having a really bad day.then i got really hurt by that. we were both crying on the phone. then he said he loved me i wanted to be with me.2 min later i called him back saying i wanted to be with him he said the same. i dont know what do i do ? i love him but do i just take his word for it? recently i've been breaking out alot. its so annoying, i usually have small breakouts but now its just pimple after pimple and its driving me crazy! i have proactive and it used to work but doesnt really anymore...does anyone have a cure? like an amazing product that cleared up their skin 100%? thank youu (link)

proactive is pretty much fake.... Get some clindagel (u need prescription from dermatoligist) use that every morning. k now get cetaphil facial soap and cetaphil moisturizing lotion (u can get it anywhere without prescription) use the soap at night and then put the lotion on ur face right after it. wait 20 mins. then get differen (prescription is required from dermatoligists) and put that on. THIS WORKS SO GOOD ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY. MY ACNE CLEARED IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS
