16/F. I need to know two things:
1- how to get a flatter stomach.
2- some football exercises. i gotta practice/train all year so i can try out next year.

My sister did that and she absolutely loved it!
-Side note:anyone telling you that you can't do football has never witnessed that girls are more aggressive when it comes to sports.-
Now to answer your second question,
Have you ever gone to Youtube and looked up drills/exercises for football?
There are some great videos for you to look at and get some ideas for some exercises, and they will show you how to do them the correct way.
I have found that Footballsecret's Channel is a great one to look at, as is Chicagofit4life.
The second one I mention also has some good ab/stomach workouts that can hopefully get you that flatter stomach that you desire.
Also, yoga and strength training are good ideas to help with endurance and to help with the stomach.
