You can sell anything, then turn around and buy your XBox on ebay.
As for any one specific thing, I don't know what you have to sell to tell you if it would make that much money or not.

They won't earn you a whole bunch of cash at once, but as you continue to sell, your total income can end up being pretty high. Do you have any old clothes that are only slightly worn? Do you have any jewelry that your parents wouldn't mind you selling? If you also get a hold of concert tickets, those go pretty well on eBay. Don't overprice things though, because people are expecting to see pretty reasonable prices. If you are hoping to make a lot of extra cash quickly, you can try getting a part-time job. Or, if you're not old enough, you can ask your parents if you can do extra things around the house for some cash.
