dream of guy I like

Question Posted Thursday July 19 2007, 12:21 pm

16/f..okay this may sound weird..but after I masturbated at night last night...I had a dream about the guy I like. Is that normal? Does it have any connection??

I'm really sorry for asking this stupid question..

Dreams are thought pictures. Your thought process and whatever you were thinking about earlier doesn't just shut off the moment you go to sleep.

Whether you are afraid of something or thinking of the hunk who sits in chemistry class anything/everything you think about during the day can come out in dreams. There are people who actually get paid for scientific studies on the meanings of dreams.

Is it normal? Let's put it this way you aren't the only person who has dreamed of a crush in a sexual/non-sexual way. Masturbation is normal too and considering you were doing it before you slept and most likely thinking about your crush there's no wonder it carried over into a steamy dream.

It's normal, you're normal, thinking about him this way is normal and so is masturbation. You're fine and a normal 16-year-old girl as this kind of stuff is normal and consistant across the board with most teens.

I always dream of people I like. lol.
I don't masturbate, but it could have a connection.
Dreams are really just what you were thinking abour before you went to bed. So if you masturbated before you went to bed and were thinkig of the guy you like, that could be how they are connected.

hey

well, if you didn't force the dream upon yourself [like before you fell asleep, you imagined a situation you were in with a guy] then it must mean something.

dreams are what your mind does as it rewinds. dreams are very important for conquering our fears & concerns from our waking life. are you in a strange situation with your crush? is something in the way of the both of you? if so, that is what the dream was trying to show.

what happened in the dream? how did you feel? did you feel happy? sad? remorseful? whatever it was, your mind is trying to tell you something.

never ignore your dreams. they always mean something. what colors did you see in your dream? was there anybody with you? what connection did you have with those people? for example, if you were making out with your crush & your worst enemy walks in on you, it symbolizes a conflict. something is getting in the way of doing something you love.

check out this site: it might really help you.

write out your dream with as many details as you can. from the setting, to the colors, to the people, to the feelings. then, in the search box, type in each adjective / word & see if they have a connection. that way, maybe if you figure out what is behind your dreams, you can look forward to being with your crush.
