Exercise! I have a problem... I don't exercise enough. I am not fat by any means, but that's just because my metabolism is really fast. I just do not enjoy going to the gym, there are no team sports to play around here, and I don't know if yoga will be enough (i mostly stretch and breathe). any suggestions of something I can do to get motivated or a new kind of exercise I could try doing? I don't like to sweat if I don't like what I'm doing. Any help appreciated!

i love the exercises the seventeen magazine gives you. they're fun and make me feel good afterwards. ]
you can do yoga. but one thing i enjoy doing is ddr. its really fun and its a great way to exercise. you may sweat alittle depending on what level you are on. its reallly fun and easy if you practice alot. :) you should try it i think you will like it.

Yoga! It is really relaxing, and good for you. You should buy a yoga mat, and yoga ball- but you can usually get a kit that includes those, and a DVD that has excercises. It will do a lot for you, if done correctly.

If you dont like that, try pilates. If you google both of these methods, you are bound to get something useful! ]
Horse riding =D
Its a great way to excercise muscles :)
If you horse ride then do some situps.
Or dog walking if you have a dog, go to the woods and jog about with your dog.
Or swimming with friends :)
