there are sayings in which you can say "he wouldn't know.....if it..."
like for example: "he wouldn't know real music if it hit him upside the head"
does anyone know any other ways of saying those type sentances?

Are you asking of ways to say the same thing, just worded differently? In that case, those "you wouldn't know..." sentences mean "You're a dumbass"
So I assume just saying "You're a dumbass" would have to do.
