i HATE my brothers friend so much and hes always over!
ok i hate my brothers best friend joe. i fight more with his friend then i do with my brother. joe knows i hate him i make it clear to him and he says im a emo bitch. IM NOT EMO. i...do cut and wear black daily. but im like half and half happy or sad. am i emo? i say im not. although im not sure. and hes always over! once we went bowling and i had 3 friends and my brother had him. joe says were all emo. well 2 of my friends like attacked him when he said it and i walked up. i fight with him atleast 3 times as much as with my own brother and joes so nice to parents. my brother and him are 15 and my friends are all 13 14 or 15 im 14 soon im 13 soon 14. my friends are all probly emo or goth or punk or skaters i guess since stereo types are everywhere now. and one of my guy friends is 15 hes ''emo'' acts just like me is always up to something and burns and bands. they got ina big fight. joes a pussy though. and i could even beat hime up. but im in enough trouble as it is hehe. what else can i do? im not even emotional at all.

whenever he calls you emo, say thankyou in a nice voice and with a big smile or completely ignore him it'll piss him off (watching someone getting pissed off is sort of fun hoho)

Okay.You may or may not be emo.If you wear black constantly and cut..then that's what your more than likely going to be called.But don't get offended by it,be proud ^_^ It'll make this fag Joe even more mad if you show him it doesn't bother you.Because he's just going to have to face it that your not going to change for him.And maybe when he's around just try to stay away from him as much as possible..by maybe going to a friend's house or going to the mall.Or you can just try to convince your brother not to hang out with him.Or to tell him to go somewhere else when he has to hang out with him.And that makes me happy your friend's attacked him ^_^ Hehe.

I would just ignore him if I were you. I know it seems like a lot and it will be pretty hard at first, but if you don't get mad at him when he says something bad to you or you don't react, he won't have any funny gawking at your reaction, he'll get bored, and he'll stop.
Guys, and even girls, like that feed on your reaction whenever they gossip about you, insult you, .etc. If you ignore them, you're putting out their fire, and their friends will think that they're stupid because they're insulting you and you're not reacting to it, which will put out their fire for good. If they don't have a posse to back them up, they'll feel weak and they'll most likely stop.
Guys and girls like that say bad stuff about people because they feel insecure about themselves, they are bullied as well, or it gives them a burst of adrenaline when they see your reaction.
Try to calmly talk to them and tell them that you don't like what they're doing, and if they can stop. Don't get mad at them if they don't, just walk away and ignore them.
If he ever comes over to your house, just go into your room, lock the door, and read a book, or even invite a friend over yourself. A better idea would be to just leave the house whenever he is over to get some fresh air and let off some steam.
