would just flat out running be your best bet to lose weight the fastest? thanks kate.

No. I wouldn't you that to loose weight, you can try if you'd like but it might not work. Youve got to eat healthy too. Try cuting out sweets (you can still have them just not all the time and not too much), pop, fast foods, and junk foods. If you can do that then thats great. Try eating 3 meals a day with 2 snacks inbetween. Don't over do your portion sizes. Exersice by running, bike riding, any sports, anything just get active.
