Graham Crackers

Question Posted Tuesday July 17 2007, 6:13 pm

I've been on a diet for a really long time and one thing I can't give up is graham crackers. Whenever I'm hungry [and already had plenty of fruit/veggies] I eat them. I have been losing weight so I don't think eating 2 of them a day or spread out during the week is doing much. Would it be okay for my diet to keep eating graham crackers or should I start replacing them with 100 calorie pack cookies?? Any other options?? Thanks!!

i say you keep graham crackers in your diet. 2 graham crackers probably have the same or even less calories than the 100 calorie packs. congrats on losing weight. =].
