i own a A21 M? thinkpad by IBM, it was handed down to me, but i dont use it for much. it occasionally shuts itself down after it deletes its physical memory.
anyways, what is physical memory?
how does it "get low"
how do you boost its amount?
i've deleted some useless programs that are useless to me, but it still occurs.

Th3skyisfalling answered Tuesday July 17 2007, 12:25 pm: well you must have a problem if it deletes its memory. physical memory, is just the memory it has on the hardrive, etc. The amount available to hold memory rather.
when it gets low, its when it can't hold that much more data
maybe its lagging on how long its taking to delete those programs.
