Almost everyday I am sick. I have MAJOR stomach pains everyday. It's not because of my period, I would tell the difference. But it's causing me to not pay attention in school, ruins my day, and I can't talk to people. My parents refuse to think it could be anything serious. I've been getting this for years. When I went to the doctors 2 years ago, she said it was nothing major. I'm usually NEVER nasious when I get it. It's ruining my life and I feel like nothing can help. :(

Then ask your doctor or talk to your parents. but don't freak out about anything or get yourself scared it could be anything from gas to nausea to nerves. i hope something helps. good luck. :] [ volleyballgamer's advice column | Ask volleyballgamer A Question ]
*Kate* answered Monday July 16 2007, 8:01 pm: Tell your parents again. Maybe you didn't tell them all of the symptoms you are having, or maybe you don't think they are connected. Things like feeling dizzy or lightheaded, headaches, diarrhea, is it better or worse after you eat, or does it wake you up during the night. All these things are important to tell the doctor.
I was very sick with terrible stomach pain when I was in fourth grade. I had a fever, I couldn't eat, and anything I could eat would go right through me or I would throw up. Then everything just went away, and the doctor told my parents that they didn't know what was wrong, but that it could happen again some day and maybe by then, they would know what was wrong.
I was fine until 8th grade and it all happened again, this time I went to see a gastroenterologist [which basically means stomach doctor] and he did some tests and told me I had Ulcerative Colitus. Now I've been on medicine and have only have only one serious relapse of being sick in three years.
Please ask you parents to take you to the doctor again, and don't hide symptoms from your doctor because you are embarrassed. [ *Kate*'s advice column | Ask *Kate* A Question ]
aworkinprogress answered Monday July 16 2007, 7:20 pm: this sounds really major. your parents refuse to think its serious, but you need to convince them it could be something. tell your parents it effects your school work, makes you feel depressed, and makes you feel antisocial. if they wont take you to see a doctor, find another adult or older sibling to take you. If you don't have a doctor, go to Urgent Care or another office like that and get checked out. if it is something serious they will reccommend you to check yourself into a hospital to get further testing. I don't want to scare you, but you don't want to leave anything like this alone. i hope this helped you out! =]
