Second, how about you use protection so you don't feel like this everytime you have sex. If you are not ready to deal with the outcome of sex then you shouldn't be having it.
Stress definitely delays your period. So try not to stress. You sound like you are only young so your period may not be regular yet. I suggest you go on the pill so at least that way your are protected against pregnancy and you are able to keep a check on your periods. This will make them become more regularly.
Don't forget that the pill DOES NOT protect you against sexually transmitted diseases so use a condom. This will also double your chances of protection against pregnancy.
I think you should talk to your mother about the contraceptive pill.. this will also show signs of maturity from you. I'm sure she would rather you protected then not at all. Lets face it, regardless of what your mother thinks your going to be having sex aren't you? So think about it!
