Okay, so today we had workout.
& I did way more then I did Wednesday.
I did more suicides.
But today we had to do "boxes"
where you have to do different techniques on boxes by jumping.
Well, when i was jumping i tripped and almost fell, so i sat down while everyone else was doing it. I sat down trying to catch my breath and regain myself. & then my coach told me to leave the weight lifting room.
I mean seriously, if I have to breathe, then damnit, i will sto whatever the hell im doing to do it.
This is my first yaer playing softball and
I have been trying to hard, and no one is noticing it. & its pissing me off.
I want to quit, but that just shows im a quitter.
but I dont want to feel like shit when im working out and everyone treats me different because I cant do as much as them.
& My coach with her fat ass self. Just sits around telling us to do shit, when all she does is sit and tells us were not doing it right, and i mean how would she know anyways? shes not the one doing it.
Talk to your coach and tell her that you are honestly trying really hard and that one time when she told you to leave the weight lifting room, was because you had trouble breathing.
As for the noticing part... it's always like that on the first year of everything. Here's what you can do... stay AFTER AND BEFORE practices. That way people will notice you because you are by yourself. Come in about 30 minutes before practices and just work out or practice.... then stay after and practice more.
That's what i did for volleyball and it helped a ton. People started noticing my hard work and they looked at me as a leader.
Try also talking more. Talk to your teammates and encourage them to work harder. That shows to people that you are not only working harder at the sport, but also working harder getting people to work harder...yeah?
As your coach if there is anything else you can do to help you. Ask for extra help, extra weights etc.

If not, then you should tell her, because if you do have some sort of breathing problem, she cant stop you from stopping what your doing to catch your breathe because it could be hazardous to your health if you dont stop.
As for trying really hard and noones noticing, that's how it usually is your first year of softball. While it does suck, you have to show everyone that you can do it and your not a quitter. By next year, people will start noticing it. You just have to prove yourself on the field first. I've been playing softball for about 4 years now, and thats exactly how i felt the first year. I thought I was a nothing on the team and I wanted to quit, but if you quit, your only showing them that you can't do it out on the field. Believe me, when you start playing games and stepping up to the plate, theres nothing better than the feeling of smashing the ball into the outfield, dropping the bat, and sprinting to first base. Yes, the workouts do suck big time, but its all worth it in the end. So try to stick with it for the rest of this season at least, and im sure you'll want to start again next year. I hated my first year, and then after that, i never wanted to stop. I was out at the softball field in the snow running the bases and practicing pitching. But anyways, i'm rambling=p.
