The reason you got a 2 was because you didn't answer my question. I asked what would be good things to eat when you're hungry. I've lost 30 lbs total, so my eating habits are fine. No need to be rude about it either. What would be good snacks to eat?

Maybe give some free advice about: Nutrition? superstarblue89 answered Monday July 16 2007, 12:14 am: I'm not trying to be rude about it..I'm just telling you that the way your doing it isn't healthy...I wouldn't eat graham crackers just because they aren't healthy for you...snack on some veggies with some low fat ranch dip or dressing..it's healthy and really filling...and don't eat too many fruits during the day...eating too much of one thing can be bad for you too..no matter how healthy it is...certain fruits (bananas especially) break down into fatty sugars so watch for foods like bananas and strawberries that might seem harmless but really aren't...go for grapefruit, oranges, or grapes when you are eating fruit...they break down into healthy sugars...but try snacking on some veggies...or if you haven't gotten enough dairy try having a couple of slices of white cheese on some unsalted crackers or an egg...however you like it...they're great weight reduction foods [ superstarblue89's advice column | Ask superstarblue89 A Question ]
