what is the quickest way to get abs or lose a little bit of stomach fat? if its at all possible i want to have atleast a hint of abs in about 2 weeks, how can i do this? do i need to do like 700 crunches in one day everyday until then, because i will seriously do it, if need be?
Diet is important too! You might not realize it, but it's highly important to lose fat. Eat a lot of whole grains, protein like chicken, fruits and veggies and diary for calcium. Take a multivitamin too. Drink plenty of water and steer clear of any type of soda, including diet sodas. They are artifically sweetened and not good for you at all.
If you want to do 700 crunches a day, go ahead, but a lot of people say it doesn't matter on the quantity of crunches but the quality. Make sure you perform them right, like don't hold in your breath, try keeping your stomach into your spine, don't force yourself on by grabbing your neck, so on and so forth. Honestly a stability ball is worth it if you have one. It'll definitely help you while you do crunches.

karlyndarlin05 answered Sunday July 15 2007, 10:07 pm: hey you need to do like a cardio work out as well as sit ups and leg raises. you may have rock solid abs but if there is a lot of fat over them....it wont show. so you need to burn fat off of your stomach, but also build up your abs.
i suggest running, or swimming, they are very good cardio work outs.

1. lay falt on your back and put your legs together and riase them about a ruler size upwards so they are straigjht out .. hold it for about 20 seconds then relax .. do this about 5-10 times a day.
