Try using a litte witch hazel on it.
You can buy it over the counter and it's pretty cheap!

okay my friend said if you take your fingers and stretch the skin where the hickey is and then rub it with a toothbrush it works.. hope i helped!

take a bottle cap fom a coke & twist it on the hickey, it will urt a little and make it red but from the pressure it will unclot the blood clot. then just to make sure its gone freeze a spoon and put it on ur neck for a ltitle while .. then if a little is stil there cover up =]
