computer noise When I'm online and click pretty much anything that brings me to a new page(like if I press a link or click someone's picture on facebook) my computer makes a noise. It's not like a broken-computer noise but it's like, coming from the speakers. Anyone know how I can turn it off?

You mean the clicking sound? Yeah that's normal. It's just the way they programmed it for you to know that the mouseclick got through the computer and it's bringing you to a different page. The only way to turn it off is to turn down the speakers or mute the volume on your computer. ]
That is very annoying, it's one of the first things I change when I buy a new computer or reinstall a windows OS. Microsoft must have really wanted to annoy users with that one!
Go to start, then run. Type:
mmsys.cpl
and press ok. Go to the "sounds" tab. In the lower part, scroll down to "windows explorer", then look below it for "start navigation"; click it. Use the dropdown under "sounds" to select "(none)". Press ok, and you're done. ]
