Yes, there is a way. You just right click on the picture you want as your default, save it and then upload it.

Just right-click the picture and save it to your computer. Then upload it onto your facebook.

Save the picture to your computer [right click] then upload it yourself. That way if they delete that picture, you can still use it :)
