So there's this boy that I work with and well I've sortve caught that crush towards him but I just found out he has a girlfriend when I found I got really depressed because my feelings for this boy are huge. I also found out that that's the only reason why he didn't ask me out. I don't know what to do I like this boy a lot and I would really like to have a relationship with him but I don't want to be the reason why him and his girl break up. Please help

If you don't want to break him and his girl up, then you're just going to have to wait for him. Form a good friendship with him, and when and if they do break up then just be there for him. After that, maybe you can form something more than friendship.
