My personal opinion is that it is okay the way it is. However, you could add a star or a number or a derivation like Jennifer Lopez calling herself J.Lo depending on what your first name is.

hmm..i had to read that 2 times, but i think i know what you're talking about. you could switch the letters around and make it pezlo or something or maybe even zeplo. something catchy and creative would work our nice. try mixing the letters up a bit since it isn't much of a name you can shorten into something else.
