self consious boyfriend

Question Posted Thursday July 12 2007, 10:04 pm

My boyfriend used to weigh 300 pounds but he lost a bunch of weight and hes around 180 now. He lost his weight so quickly so he has some skin hanging. He is so self concious about it how can I make him feel better about it?

Tell him you like him no matter what. Give him compliments. Hopefully that will help boost his confidence.

Make sure that if he mentions it, tell him you don't mind or give him compliments randomly, like telling him he looks nice today or that he smells good, whatever you like about his appearance. But also don't forget to make sure he knows that you don't only like him for his looks, but that he has a great personality as well.
