Yup.
Go to settings - repeat- then choose either one or all.

hey

i am not sure for the rest of the different ipods,
but for a nano,
you go to the menu screen, scroll down to settings, scroll down to 'repeat', & click it until it says, "one" [to repeat one song] or "all" [to repeat all songs - your ipod never stops playing music].

sorry if you weren't looking for an ipod nano : /
