if you would like to speed up your metabolism, try eating many small meals (five or six) a day, instead of three large ones. i know there are also some foods that speed your metabolism up, but i'm not quite sure of what..
to slow your metabolism down, i'm pretty sure you just eat larger meals, all at once.
cheifbritneeilu answered Tuesday July 10 2007, 12:58 am: fast metabolims usually do slow which is why people usually gain weight, if they had a fast one when they were young and then it slowed with time but they kept eating the way they did.
slow metabolisms i heard can get faster with hot sauce? im not sure if thats true though. so i wouldnt know that anwser. [ cheifbritneeilu's advice column | Ask cheifbritneeilu A Question ]
