I am startign to Jog a mile each day, i can do it, but i have had some lower back provleams and my back tends to get sore well doing it and i just have a hard time unless i can get my mind off it. so any tips to make it go by quicker or stretches to make it easier.
Sit on your butt and stick your legs out in front of you. Try to touch your toes. Hold it for a few seconds.
That stretches your lower back as well as your legs. Also dont jog alot of a time. Jog maybe 20 minutes one day, 25 minutes the other day, and then go back to 20 so you can give yourself as well as your back a break.

Or jog with someone else, its a lot safer actually, than jogging with just music, because you never know these days. Try using one of those heating pads on your lower back, the ones that stick to it you know, while you run, it should help a lot.
Make sure you stretch your legs (obviously) before you run, and drink a lot of water. If the back pain continues, see a doctor. [ DefinedEyes's advice column | Ask DefinedEyes A Question ]
