Having trouble "getting there"

Hi, im 16 year old girl and ive been with my bf for a year and a half, we love eachother very much and we wanna take our relationship to the next level. But the problem is, i cant ever get horny. He does all the time, and i used to be able to, but now i cant. However, i DO get horny when im NOT hanging out with him. But once i do, i cant get horny. Why do you think this happens? And how are ways i can get horny?

Does he attempt to hel you get hormy? I.E. forplay?
Try that.
You know, Masturbation, Kissing on the body, massage the breast...Stuff of that nature.
