I've liked this girl for as long as I can remember. We went out once but it just kind of ended.Since then she's gone out with a bunch of guys, and I get sort of jealous every time I see her with someone else. She's the one person that fully understands me and everything and it feels like we should be together, but I have doubts.
Should I ask her or is it too late?I'm afraid that after the years of building our friendship,it could get in the way.I just don't know what to do and I know I won't be satisfied until I at least let her know how I feel.

Just ask her, it's never too late for anything half the time in life. Even if you ask, I don't think it's going to affect your relationship. But if she does change, then she wasn't really worth your time or effort since she should be able to understand where you're coming from. Tell her, just do it. You'll feel so much better if you do. You won't be carrying that weight around trying to figure out what to do.
Life wouldn't be life if we didn't have to take risks. Take the risk and ask her. She might just surprise you and tell you that she feels the same way.

Maybe you guys could start again. Like talk and get it in that you like her, then just ask her out. It probably sounds harder than you think, but it can be easy if you make it that way. Hope this helped! :D [ piratechicka's advice column | Ask piratechicka A Question ]
