About my question the other day. Does walking for an hour a day work too?
I cannot keep up running for a while.
I fast walk with a couple of friends around the neighborhood.
Is that okay, or do I need something more intense?

walking for an hour is fine.
what i usually do is start off walking, then go into jogging, then sprint, and cool down. and start over.
its better than just doing straight foward running. i have heart problems so i can't run for a straight hour either. hah. ]
