hey

you don't have to use it. it just comes automatically. but if someone doesn't know your official email address (the one you call your actual email address), then they might just use your aim one to send you an email. it kinda sucks if you don't want to use aim mail, but if you tell everyone your official one then no worries.

anyway, no, there is no way to delete the account. the only way it will be deleted is if you delete the sn. but that doesn't really answer your question.

if you want to turn off the little box that comes up everytime you sign on, you can go to -
setup - preferences - mail - and uncheck "display alert window" (the first one).

It just comes with the screen name account. You don't need to use it, and they don't expect you to, it's just there. Just in case.

It's just like MSN, Yahoo, AOL, ect. Those all come with emails and screen names, but those websites are known for emailing.

Just don't worry about it, you don't have to use it unless you would like to.

And no, you can't get rid of it.

I don't think so.
But the email account isn't a big deal.
You can turn off the pop up it gives you everytime you sign on by going to your settings =]
