Weavels or however you spell it

One of my rodies (rhodydendruns or however you spell it i have no idea) is supposed to be prone to weavels and it has lately turned brown and i deslugged it but it isnt doing any better, and i water it reguluarly because it is really hott out for where i live, it was still shrivelled when it wasnt hot though, is there anything i can do to help the poor thing out?

give it water controlled soil and some good plant food and fertilizer...if there are any dead leaves cut them off...they could be harboring a disease
