If you don't eat for a day, you're starving yourself and your body will go in starvation mode and might start eating away at your muscle and storing fat which makes you GAIN weight. You have to eat! Waiting until your hungry is okay, but don't wait until your so hungry that you're going to pass out because that's not healthy. I would say that eating slow is good for you, but if you have a time limit just eat as fast as you can. Chew faster and put more in your mouth at a time. Don't over do it though.
ductape_n_roses answered Wednesday July 4 2007, 10:29 am: Actually, eating slowly is a good thing for your health.
But I guess when you have 30min to get food and eat a school, it's just not a handy thing.
So, erm. Try and cut down on talking and try and chew faster if you can...erm that's pretty much about it. Haha, erm...pretend the house is about to burn down and you're eating for your life... [ ductape_n_roses's advice column | Ask ductape_n_roses A Question ]

Maybe if you don't eat for a day, or wait until your hungry, maybe you will eat faster. Try it and see if it works. And if you are that concerned about it, then ask your doctor about it next visit.
