Last year i had some really good friends. But this year we dont hang out anymore. :(
this year, i made 3 new AMAZING friends, though, and i love 'em to death, but my old friends are great too! i wanna hang out with them again, but we dont even talk, idk what to do!!

I would talk to your old friends. If they ignore you, they weren't true friends. I went through the same problem and they ended up just going on with their lives.
I hope that don't happen with you, but life has alot of ups and downs and most of the time we get through them. If that doesn't answer your question just let me know.
