How Do You Lose Weight/Fat On Your Face?

Question Posted Monday July 2 2007, 6:23 pm

Heyy I was just wondering how do you lose Fat/Weight off my face?
I`m going to be in grade 7 soon and my sister is going to be in high school school and she`s 2 years older then me and it looks like my face is fatter then hers.
I was hoping you could tell me how to lose some of the fat off of my face a little but not the part when I smile it will show the dimples, without taking surgery.
I want to lose the fat in my face in about a month or 2 for a wedding.

Well, you have to use those muscles a lot to lose the weight, just like you would if you were trying to lose weight in your thighs or stomach.

Take time out of your day to move your facial muscles as much as you can. Smile, frown, open and close your mouth, etc. You can do this whenever you're alone, at night when you're in bed, etc, etc.

Hope this helps.
