About how many calories do you have to burn to lose one pound?

Exercise helps a great deal. Running, walking, swimming, jogging, sit ups, push ups, crunches, etc. all help you burn calories. Calories are burned by doing normal day activities also. Typing, walking around the house, moving your arms/legs, even fidgeting. Also, you have to remember that even if you burned 3500 calories, you're still eating throughout the day so you're taking calories in. Here's a website-
If you fill in your information there, it will give you approximately how many calories you should intake daily. That way you can see if you're eating enough/too many. Try filling it in the best you can. Also, you can look up ways to burn calories.
