You are at good weight and probably don't need to loose a pound. But running 2 miles a day will help. It won't take a day or two to loose lbs because running will give you muscle. I used to run a mile a day and I didn't loose lbs, but now I am not as active and if i eat right I loose a pound. Though you only eating 1000-1200 cal.'s a day make sure your eating the good caloires. Healthy stuff that can help keep off weight and keep you .. healthy of course.

hey, nope you dont needa loose weight. heres a height chart that my doctor told me about to prove my advice is true.

5`0 = 100
5`1 = 105
5`2 = 110
5`3 = 115
5`4 = 120
5`5 = 125
5`6 = 130
5`7 = 135
5`8 = 140
5`9 = 145

if you didnt already catch on, at 5`0 your perfect weight is 100 pounds. everytime you go up in height, you add 5 pounds. your perfect weight is 145 pounds. your 10 pounds underweight.

Actually, you don't need to lose weight.
You bmi is 20, which means you're at the ideal weight for your height.
And the running will make you gain muscle,
since you don't have fat to lost =]
Which will look healthy.
hope this helped.
