so i'm trying to install the ESSP DOCK into my computer but it's keep on saying,

"The temp folder is on a drive that is full or inaccessible.Free up space on the drive or verify that you have written permission on the Temp folder."

how do i verify that i have written permission?? and where is the Temp folder located[in the c; file right]??

Don't try to delete anything in your temp folder(which is in C:documents and settingsusernamelocal settingstemp), that can really mess things up, and it won't fix it. You need to free space on your disk. Use jdiskreport to find large files and delete ones you don't need:

And clear system restores by going to "disk cleanup", then the "more options" tab.

If you have plenty of space, you need administrative privileges. Ask your administrator(whoever bought the computer) to set up the software for you.

If it still doesn't work, contact the support people for the software you're trying to install.
