Yep they do. Which reminds me of when I cut mine off by accident. I was getting ready for my sophomore homecoming and I have one of those electric eyebrow trimmers, right? I guess I wasn't being careful enough and I ending up snipping off my entire top right eyelash!
I was freaking out, but it grew back to normal in a few weeks. It's pretty funny now that I think about it!

yes, eyelashes can grow back. they take about four to eight weeks to grow back. long story but i burnt my eyelashes with a lighter by accident and they grew back, although it seemed like forever. they grow back to the natural length of a normal eyelash. hope i helped<3

Some do, it depends. If they do grow back, it'll be slowly though, because your body isn't really equipped to handle losing a lot of eyelashes.
