I love the neon colored leggings!

This shirt in pink ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) would look so good with yellow leggings.

EDIT:

A plain shirt? Does that mean no graphic design on it or..? Like a white t-shirt or colored t-shirt? You can mix and match any ol' colored t-shirt with any of the leggings. I can suggest color combinations. About the plain t-shirt, can you elaborate? Do you have an example of an "ugly" plain short sleeve fitted shirt?

that blue shirt on the fifth row would go with the brown leggings on the fourth but i think you're wanting shirts that go with the colored leggins...soo any like white shirt i think would look the best!
