DVDs I was cleaning up my computer, and I acidentally deleted dvd decoder or something, and now I have to get a new one. Do I have to pay? Because that would be prepostorous if I did. And where can I get one?

There's no way you removed the entire program while you were cleaning it. It's likely you just deleted the icon on the desktop. Go to start>all programs and find it there. If you can't, open "my computer" and go to C:program files and find a folder with the name of your program. In it will be a file that's something like "dvd-decoder.exe"(the name of your program.exe), open this and the program will run.
If you still can't find it:
If it was a media player or codec, I recommend you download the k-lite STANDARD codec pack, which includes Media Player Classic, my favorite media player:

VLC is fine too, and might be easier for you.
If it was a dvd ripper, use HandBrake:

If it converted video files, use this:

Good luck! ]
vlc media player.
its a free dvd decoder incase you cant restore it. ]
check on your recycle bin and look for it
then right click then click restore
then hopefully it will still be there unless you emptied the trash
but good luck ]
