Freezing Food

I would like to know if you have thawed frozen meat and foods and then refroze them are they safe to cook and eat?

Yeah, it's safe. In addition to Jack's answer [which is entirely true] this site could also be helpful. It's how hot you should cook meat so it's safe to eat. A meat thermometer is a good investment. Just don't leave a digital one on the grill in the rain like my dad did :)

Most are. As long as you make sure to reheat the meat to the appropriate temperature. Check the package you bought the meat in and it will probably tell you what you can do with it.
