Running! I have a training schedule that I have to follow this summer in order to be prepared and able to run about 5 miles a day for a sport when school starts in September. For my training, everyday I have to run 1-3 miles depending on the amount of time i have been on the schedule. I haven't started yet, but if i do this all through July and August is there a chance I will be able to slim down my thighs, or will it bulk them up? Thanks!

I've been running that much for awhile now, and to tell you the truth my thighs actually slimmed down. The muscles will begin to build trust me and you'll get a defined look, but your thighs will slim down fat wise. You'll have a muscular healthy look to you not bulky. The thighs won't bulk up so don't worry about that.
I hope this helps you and good luck with the training! If you need anything else send me a message I'll gladly help. :) ]
running breaks down muscle.. it leans them out
lifting high weight for and low reps will bulk them out..
i'm a huge runner/ love track...
so if you don't weight lift or you just do a lot of reps with little weight along with running it will slim them down ]
It depends how much body fat you have.
You'll most likely slim down,
and then gain muscle.
Which won't look the same as gaining fat.
It will look much healthier.
