ok seriously my gut tells me this guy is a total freak, first things first why is he telling your friend stuff about your guys sex life, or lack of one and believe me you are not a prude your a smart girl who is waiting for the right man(im told if you wait tell your married sex is about a million times more special, besides id amagine if you had sex alot it would get boring- i know were just talking about fingering here but he probably wont stop there) and ya he probably would get stuff on his fingers because it will turn you on and most likely something will come out of your vagina it is totally normal and not something you can get around, and he shouldnt think thats weird considering this isnt probably his first time so hes probably used to it.
